Little Bodies. Big Moves.

Mini Movers

Move, play, grow, and discover with Mini Movers!

Mini Movers is a fun, engaging children's movement program designed and led by a licensed physical therapist with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).

Through playful, age-appropriate activities, children explore movement while practicing balance, coordination, body awareness, strength, and motor skills—all in an encouraging, supportive environment.

Our philosophy is simple: children learn best when they're having fun!

Designed & Led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy

One of the things that makes Mini Movers special is the professional expertise behind every class.

Our programs are personally designed and led by a licensed physical therapist with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT), combining clinical knowledge of childhood movement and motor development with engaging, play-based activities.

Each session is thoughtfully structured to encourage movement exploration, build confidence, and give children opportunities to practice important physical skills in a fun, supportive group setting.

Mini Movers is an enrichment program, not an individualized physical therapy treatment service.

Meet Your Mini Movers Instructor!

Nicole Donaghue PT, DPT

Doctor of Physical Therapy | Mini Movers Program Director

Professionally licensed under Nicole Cirlincione PT, DPT

Hi! I'm Nicole, a licensed physical therapist with over 10 years of experience and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Sacred Heart University.

Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work with patients of all ages across a variety of settings and specialties, including orthopedics, neurology, sports injuries, balance, and coordination.

My professional experience has given me a strong understanding of how our bodies move, develop, and learn new physical skills. I've always believed that movement should be engaging, empowering, and, most importantly, fun!

That's why I'm excited to bring my knowledge and experience to Mini Movers, a play-based movement program that I personally design and lead.

Through creative obstacle courses, balance challenges, coordination games, and imaginative movement activities, my goal is to help children explore their abilities, build confidence, and develop a lifelong love of being active.

I can't wait to get moving with your little doers!
